The service was good, prompt and car clean when returned. My suggestion is for when clients arrive; there are plenty of young kids hanging out to help you, but they don't. Know one greeted me, asked me if I had been there before, explained where to go, who would handle my ride to the airport, generally I felt out of place, instead of welcome. The same thing happened when I came back to pick up my car. I got out of the Uber ride, and no one greeted me, I stood around for a couple of minutes and then went to ask one of the young men hanging out, they also seemed somewhat confused. I had to go inside and ask someone sitting at the desk where I go to get my keys and car. They pointed to the desk, no verbal Hello, how can I help you? I suppose I can try Sarrasota's dealership, the car was taken good care of, I did not feel welcome. The person who drove me to the airport, was very friendly, and drove exceptionally well, he gets an A. The rest of the floor staff gets a D.
