The Consumer Electronics Show is coming to an end today and to bid farewell, we're giving a glimpse at one of its stars: The BMW i3.
The i3 was given the honor of being named the 2015 Green Car of the Year and for a good reason. Not only does this electric car offer so much to the environment, but it also has innovative technology to back it up.
These features were tested on two couples in Las Vegas as one pair hopped in for a test drive ... blindfolded. The i3 was capable of stopping automatically to avoid a forward or rear collision but also if it sensed something too close to the car. To make it even better, the car can sense things in its blind spots, so you know you've got an extra set of eyes wherever you go.
The second couple was given a demonstration of how the car can park itself at the touch of a button. We think this will mean so much for those parallel-parking-phobes. What about you? Do you think this is a feature you'd use a lot?
